Last Wednesday, I was able to go home early. Since it's VTO [voluntary time out], I head up straight home.
Found hubby and David already awake, 4 AM. Since everybody is awake, we decided to go jogging. It's been our plans. Dressed up for jogging and headed to People's park. We take 2 km walk from house to the said place.

So hubby and I started jogging while David found his place at the play ground. After a round or two, waah..surrender! Tiring! I'm not really use in doing exercise. I easy feel tired and surrender. I took a sit while hubby took another few rounds. Tsk, tsk, tsk! Not that so into exercise even I want to lose weight and be physically fit. So I found myself sitting and taking pictures.

Anyway after a few jogs and exercise, since its getting hot and hungry, we decided to stop over a small bakery that serves ramen and bihon. I guess this is what I'm really looking for, EATING! hahaha well, still no effect. Jog , exercise then perspire but the intake is more compared to the effort to lose weight.

Anyway, because of the will to have a healthy lifestyle, jogging and food trip after, the family bonding is more what I really love. A kilometer walk then jogging was a way so we can bond and share a laughter. I hope we can still have more time to do this not only during rest days or laziness doesn't hunt out minds.
I was able to appreciate that it's more good to walk early morning. No traffics, no dust, no "init" and I love the morning breeze. I guess I need to work out on my willingness to do more jogging. No more laziness next time for me.
